Working as part time Research Assistant to CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) Lab in University Pertanian Malaysia (1992-1993), he is intensively involve in R&D of robotic’s controllers while taking his thirdtial education.

He has carried out his industrial training in Powermatic Sdn Bhd from Dec1993 to Jan 1994. During the training period, he given the full responsibility to designing an single board embedded Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU) controller card which was widely used in most of the telemetry system.

He joint Systronics Sdn Bhd (Haltech Group) as R&D Engineer on June 1995. During his service in Systronics, He has completed the design, hardware & software development of an complicated cheque encoder which prints the computer code (cheque no etc.) onto the cheques.

During his period of service in Powermatic Sdn Bhd as a System Engineer since September 1995, he has been heavily involved in Controller cards and peripheral interface cards software & hardware design as well as project co-ordination and implementation. Besides designing, he is also responsible for software programming on embedded controllers and customise SCADA software in Visual Basic. He has contributed a lot in implementing standard design of Telemetry system and Airport Ground Lighting (AGL) Control System.

He has been promoted to Assistant Manager for System Department. Since then, besides carrying out the software programming and project implementation, he was also involved in system design and configuration, project management and co-ordination and product development.

Some of significant projects that he has been involved are listed as follows:

• AGL Control Systems – Kota Kinabalu Airport, Bintulu Airport, Miri Airport, Langkawi Airport, Miri Airport

• Telemetry Systems - JPS Lembah Klang Flood Warning System, JPS Terengganu, JPS Perak, JPS Kelantan, Genting Highland RTU, MADA Telemetry, Tenom Pangi River Flow Forecasting System, Celcom Remote Monitoring System

• SCADA Systems - MADA Tidal Gate Control, Padang Water Supply SCADA, Bili-bili Dam Control System, MU Pump Control System.

On April 1999, he joint Epeteknik Sdn Bhd as Managing Director cum Project Manager.
